Votes Already

Wow, there are already votes in the poll about what town people would come to munches in, over on the munch group. I'm glad. At least two other people besides me have voted. I hope there are at least a few more, so we get an idea of what people want to do. Meanwhile, I'm going to bed.

Back from Munch

Well, there were 6 people there today, which is not bad. However, the restaurant really has people disillusioned with it. I saw a mouse in there today, and the bathrooms were once again in bad shape. So we're going to talk on the munch's Yahoo group about having it at another location. One possibility is in Greenwood, which is a southern suburb of Indianapolis. It would be closer for those of us who are from southern Indiana, and it wouldn't be significantly farther away for those who are from Indianapolis. We drove through Greenwood on the way home, and although the roads are a bit confusing, they would be easier to navigate with better directions, which we can work on developing. We saw a Ryan's, a Ponderosa and a Golden Corral in Greenwood; buffet-style restaurants have a real advantage for events like this, because they let you eat or drink whatever you want, come and go when you need to, etc. So we'll be talking about that.

We had a big political discussion at the munch; I think it was probably a mistake. Not everybody shares my political beliefs.

Leaving for munch

Well I'm about to head to Indianapolis for the munch. My wife's going with me this time, and because of that I won't be alone in the car. Bless her stars!

Why haven't I been posting much on here? I'm not sure.
