We had a good singing practice tonight, the best one in a long time. I still haven't done a second draft of that arrangement I want to do. And there are other arrangements I want to do, too. But I don't know if I have time.

I just got done converting my dynamic links page to MySQL, instead of being a text file. I modified the link-checking script too, so now I can just run the script to check all the links from anywhere, without having to download the links file. It's pretty slick, and the links page seems faster, too. Now if I can just go through and weed out some of the bad links, or find out where they've moved to.

Well, it looks as if we'll finish one of our roleplaying games this Thursday night, ending that storyline. This is good. None of us really has time for that game, unfortunately. I wish the guy running the game could play D&D with us on Sundays; he'd probably like that. But he has to work.

TJ (my wife) and Fox are going to have dinner with me at Chi-Chi's tomorrow night, which is my real birthday. It's in the middle of the week this year, so that's why we had the party on another night -- too hard to get people to come on a weeknight. Chi-Chi's is OK; I like their food. We're going there because it's the only time we go to even a pseudo-Mexican restaurant, because TJ doesn't like Mexican food. But it's my birthday, and we can go anywhere I say. I think TJ will want to go to the Olive Garden on her birthday. She likes Italian food as long as there aren't onions in it.
